Upper Hutt Panoramas (472) - updating16/10/2009 at 11.08pm

I'm very slowly updating and trying to bring some order to this section. The Regional panoramas will be available as soon as I find the time to clean them up. While adding the newer panoramas (taken in 2008 & 2009) I went back over the older ones and was mildly horrified at the state of the majority of them. I've improved the view size which meant making many of the panoramas slightly smaller so you only need scroll sideways instead of every which way.
